Client Support Representative

Role

You’ll provide support and training to the clients and subscribers of Kaplan Professional’s online platform, Ontrack. 

Ontrack delivers Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses and programs for the major financial services organisations in Australia, and their employees.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a team of 5 Client Support Representatives
  • Respond to inbound client and subscriber queries via phone and email
  • Proactively recognise customer needs
  • Provide CPD Ontrack product training to clients
  • Assist CPD Operations Manager with ad hoc requests
  • Coordinate new client subscriptions for our CPD products
  • Identify solutions to improve Kaplan Professional’s products and services

 Requirements

  • Experience in a customer support role
  • Experience in an education provider, or a financial or professional services company
  • Excellent communication skills, plus experience liaising with clients by telephone
  • Experience with subscription-based products and services (i.e. Ontrack), desirable
  • Working knowledge of the concept and practice of professional development, desirable
