Role
Establish and mobilise the Kaplan Group PMO.
Brand new position. The role is due to expanding education compliance and regulation, ever growing portfolio internal/external demand, and overall company growth.
Responsibilities
- Be Kaplan’s SME in all PMO disciplines
- Manage Kaplan Group PMO key activities
- Build and lead the Group PMO team; 3 roles anticipated (you to direct)
- Establish PMO processes, standards, and the PMO delivery framework
- Engage with the business to ensure PMO function aligns to company’s strategic objectives
- Ensure PMO standards are embedded, through staff training & communications
Requirements
- Experience in setting up a PMO for a med-large sized company across multiple business units
- Experience of setting objectives for a PMO that aligns to a business’ strategic objectives
- Experience in building relationships with business leaders, including executive teams
- Ability to effectively engage with all functions involved in the PMO delivery lifecycle
- Ability to design an end to end PMO governance framework
- Ability to direct the PMO gate documents & reporting, from a project to portfolio level
