Role
Manage the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Content team for Kaplan Professional, Australia’s leading provider of online financial services and leadership vocational education, postgraduate education programs and CPD.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 5 (Senior Editor, Senior Multimedia Editor, Multimedia Producer, Instructional Designer, Production Coordinator)
- Manage the production of high quality multimedia content, including short courses
- Ensure content meets regulatory requirements where relevant particularly FASEA CPD standards
- Develop & manage relationships with external SMEs
- Work with sales team to service corporate clients, including attending client meetings
- Develop and implement new CPD markets and digital multimedia CPD products
- Solve technical and functional content queries and issues
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the finance industry (e.g. financial planning, investments, banking)
- Masters degree in Financial Planning (preferable) or Economics/Commerce/Business
- Experience in leading and engaging a team
- Experience in multimedia publishing
- Experience in educational instructional design and/or delivery of digital content, desirable
- Experience in on-line delivery of instructional product, desirable
- Industry qualifications (CFP, CFA, CPA, CA), desirable
