Product Analyst

Role
Provide support across all areas of the business -- Product, Sales, Account Management, and Technology.
Responsibilities
- Work in a team of 3, alongside engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and operations
- Support strategies & roadmaps by conducting qualitative & quantitative analysis
- Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments & decisions to various stakeholders
- Develop designs, prototypes, user stories, as well as running sprints and testing
- Assist Account Managers if they have questions about product functionality
- Assist Sales & Account Managers with generating marketing materials and running training
Requirements
- A relevant degree
- Experience in software development
- Experience in managing technical software products
- 1-2 years’ experience in a consulting or financial services graduate role
- A keen interest in software, product management, user experience and data science
Desirable
- Understanding of data and experience with AI or ML systems
- Understanding of engineering concepts
- Analytical capability with experience in data modelling and analysis (SQL, Python, Excel)
- Ability to develop customer journeys, UI prototypes and wireframes
