Product Analyst

Role

Provide support across all areas of the business -- Product, Sales, Account Management, and Technology.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a team of 3, alongside engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and operations
  • Support strategies & roadmaps by conducting qualitative & quantitative analysis
  • Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments & decisions to various stakeholders
  • Develop designs, prototypes, user stories, as well as running sprints and testing
  • Assist Account Managers if they have questions about product functionality
  • Assist Sales & Account Managers with generating marketing materials and running training

Requirements

  • A relevant degree
  • Experience in software development
  • Experience in managing technical software products
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a consulting or financial services graduate role
  • A keen interest in software, product management, user experience and data science 

Desirable

  • Understanding of data and experience with AI or ML systems
  • Understanding of engineering concepts
  • Analytical capability with experience in data modelling and analysis (SQL, Python, Excel)
  • Ability to develop customer journeys, UI prototypes and wireframes
