Role
Deliver an exceptional student experience, guiding students through their student life cycle and providing pastoral care. Kaplan Business School aims to deliver the ultimate Student Experience.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Campus Director and work in a team of 6.
- Be the face of KBS and the first point of contact for all students studying on campus, creating a supportive and engaging community
- Provide excellent customer service, advice, guidance and support to students regarding KBS programs and services
- Coordinate and deliver major functions and events at the campus including orientation and graduation to increase student engagement
- Offer guidance and assistance to KBS students regarding study progression, load, and non-academic minor personal issues
- Work with key stakeholders nationally to play a major part in delivering the KBS strategic plan
Requirements
- Previous role/s where your work has involved legislation, procedures and challenges relevant to international students
- Experience in a service-focused role, where you’ve liaised with a variety of stakeholders
- Positive and supportive communication style
- Ability to plan, coordinate and manage activities with minimal supervision
- A self-starter with a strong attention to detail
- Our hours of operation are from 8:30am – 8:30pm Monday to Friday. Expectation to work shifts within these times as well as occasional weekends.
- Hold a valid Blue Card or be willing to apply for one
