Role

Provide support and training to banking clients and student subscribers of Kaplan Professional’s CPD learning platform, Ontrack. 

Responsibilities

  • Work in a team of 7 Client Support Representatives
  • Respond to inbound client and subscriber queries via phone and email
  • Coordinate new client subscriptions and provide on product training to the client

 Requirements

  • Experience in a telephone-based customer service role
  • Experience with subscription-based products and services, desirable
  • Knowledge of the concept and practice of professional development, desirable
