Student Experience Officer

Role

Provide excellent customer service and comprehensive pastoral care to students at Kaplan Business School’s George Street Sydney campus.

Responsibilities

  • Be the face of KBS and the first point of contact for all students studying on campus
  • Provide excellent customer service, advice, guidance and support to students
  • Coordinate and deliver major functions and events at the campus
  • Encourage teamwork & collaboration through positive communication with teammates

Requirements

  • Experience in a role where you’ve provided support and advice to international students
  • Experience in a role where you’ve worked and liaised with a variety of stakeholders
  • Able to plan, coordinate and manage activities with minimal supervision
  • Able to work these hours: 12:30 to 20:30 Mon to Thurs, 09:00 to 17:00 on Fridays
