Role:
Massey and Kaplan Professional, both established market leaders in the provision of financial services education, have partnered to deliver the newly designed Certificate in Business Studies (Financial Services Pathway). We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow the business in New Zealand. In this role you will contribute to partnership success by building Kaplan Professional’s brand presence in New Zealand through the establishment/maintenance of corporate relationships in the financial services industry. You will have the full support of the admin team based in Sydney.
Responsibilities:
- Meet prospective corporate clients to promote the Kaplan Professional brand and product offerings within the New Zealand financial services market
- Build relationships with relevant industry associations in New Zealand including, but not limited to, FANZ, CFA Society NZ, INFINZ, FSC and NZFMA
- Identify new market opportunities for existing Kaplan Professional offerings and new product opportunities
- Communicate client requirements to relevant regional, support and delivery staff
- Lead the coordination of in-house programs by communicating customer requirements for the implementation, delivery, and quality control of corporate programs
Requirements:
- Evidence proven client management skills
- Demonstrate operational and people management skills
- Exhibit knowledge/understanding of the New Zealand financial services industry
- Manifest a proven ability to generate sales
