Admissions Compliance Officer

Role:

Join our growing APAC admissions team, which is led by our National Operations General Manager based in Sydney.

The Admissions Compliance Officer supports the admissions process with up to date knowledge of the Australia Government Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirements and undertake relevant checks of students within the region.

The Admissions Compliance Officer will work primarily to support Kaplan Business School admissions however from time-to-time will be required to support admissions within Kaplan International Pathways.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess applicant’s GTE submission in line with the relevant assessment criteria and process.
  • Conduct follow up calls to students and agents and credibility interviews with applicants as required.
  • Update the status of students within the CRM to maintain transparency across the various teams.
  • Ensure there is two-way communication with the in-country student recruitment team to ensure the flow of information in relation to potential volume, processes and best practice.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience within the higher education sector.
  • Experience of working effectively in a high pressure, high volume environment.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and manage activities with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to exercise judgement and initiative in conflict resolution.
