Role
Evaluate, develop and deliver innovative learning and assessment materials, for financial services higher education and vocational courses.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Learning Programs Manager and work alongside other Course Coordinators
- Contribute to the design and development of new learning & assessment materials
- Ensure materials are updated in line with relevant schedules and are readily available
- Undertake improvement activities, including validation, moderation and course review
- Work with SMEs who write course content and Digital Developers who put it into online format
- Provide support to Student Services when required and address any specific course concerns
Requirements
- A bachelor degree
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or upgraded TAE40110)
- Experience working in an L&D environment in a Higher Education provider or RTO
- Experience in developing learning resources to enhance students’ experience
- An active interest or qualifications in the Financial Planning or Financial Services industry
- Project management skills
