Role:
Are you a brand custodian and customer champion? We are looking for an influential Marketing Manager to be part of our Kaplan International Pathways team who will be responsible for Brand, marketing strategy and integrated marketing mix promoting KIPANZ brands domestically and globally.
You will be supporting business development and student recruitment and improving customer experience and engagement throughout the student journey.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a comprehensive multi-channel marketing communications plan for all target market segments; B2B - Agents and strategic partners, B2C - Direct student recruitment and B2I - Internal audiences
- Manage and optimise the brand communication strategy, consistently increasing brand awareness in market and across multiple channels including delivery of the social media strategy
- Develop core positioning, targeted messaging, and content for each of the businesses and associated products
- Motivate and engage with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Manage and track all spend against approved budget ensuring all activities are performed within budget and spend is allocated and coded accordingly
- Collate and analyse customer research, industry trends, and competitor information to identify new and existing audiences and opportunities
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures including WHS legislation requirements
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications (essential)
- 5+ years’ experience within Marketing Management (essential)
- Ability to successfully develop and deliver strategic marketing and communications plans
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Brand management experience
- Significant knowledge and experience of both offline and digital marketing, including SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media management
- Ability to develop and execute an inbound marketing strategy
- Proven experience with systems and tools related to marketing, such as content management systems, CRMs, analytics, and social media management tools
- Direct knowledge or experience of the international education sector (desirable)
