Role:
The Assistant Marketing Manager primarily supports the Marketing Manager of Kaplan Business School while also assisting the Marketing Manager of Kaplan International Pathways when required. The role consults with the wider marketing team to produce marketing collateral, traditional and digital marketing campaigns, and other marketing initiatives designed to drive business objectives and exceed business targets.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Student Recruitment and Student Experience teams with their marketing requests. Working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, you will manage projects from start to finish simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Kaplan Business School and Kaplan Pathways Marketing Managers in their day-to-day marketing needs
- Manage the KBS Marketing Intern
- End-to-end marketing request management as prompted by the Marketing Managers; creative concept development, providing clear briefs to the wider marketing team and ensure effective implementation
- Assist with delivery of multichannel promotional campaigns that align with marketing strategy
- Assist with marketing research and events preparation
- Manage external suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects
- Social media management across the various social media channels with an innovative approach on content creation
- Proactively suggest marketing ideas and helps evolve workflow efficiency
- Assist in seamless communication to all internal and external stakeholders
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures including WHS legislation
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in marketing and/or communications (essential)
- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing environment (essential)
- Cross-channel marketing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organised and a true time manager
- The ability to stay organised and maintain quality output under pressure within set deadlines
- Strong project management skills
- Strong desire to create unique and engaging marketing content
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to multi-task (essential)
- Direct knowledge or experience of the international education sector (desirable)
