Role

Be the leader of Kaplan Business School’s newest and fastest growing campus! This role will suit someone with strong leadership skills who will ensure a positive all-encompassing excellent education experience to all Kaplan Business School students at our Perth campus.

Responsibilities

  • Continue to grow KBS’s brand new campus, one of 5 nationally
  • Encouraging teamwork and initiative through positive leadership to help foster a high performing, student-centric driven culture
  • Provide quality service to students ensuring they have the appropriate levels of academic, administrative and personal support
  • Responsibility for achieving student retention and revenue targets through proactive student engagement and management of challenges as and when required
  • Build relationships with suppliers, employers & businesses to develop KBS’ presence in Perth
  • Recruitment, on-boarding and training of all student facing, campus staff
  • Overall responsibility for all operational aspects of study being delivered including attendance, scheduling, timetabling, academic queries, assessment submission etc.
  • Ensure all systems, procedures and processes for KBS in line with the National KBS structure
  • Manage KBS facilities including campus renovations and set up, and ongoing campus facility management
  • Work with the Student Recruitment team to ensure sufficient student numbers’ growth
  • Oversee the management of campus resources within budgeted parameters

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years people management experience in a customer focused industry
  • Tertiary qualifications
  • Administrative & operational experience of education programs or product related industry
  • Experience in the international student environment
  • Operational leadership skills, including management of people, resources & finances
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills, including cross cultural sensitivity
  • High levels of attention to detail, proactivity and forward planning
  • Positive, collaborative and supportive communication style
