Role:
We are looking for a Reporting and Data Analyst who will be responsible for providing accurate data and interpretation of reports. If you love all things data and can manipulate and present data effectively to a variety of stakeholders, then this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Production of weekly, monthly, and intake-based student data reports for internal and external use
- Engage with key stakeholders to evaluate existing report formats to develop fit for purpose reports, consistent across businesses
- Production of ad hoc reports as required by the schools
- Develop and maintain a systematic approach to producing reports to inform business practice
- Identifying, analysing, and interpreting trends or patterns in data sets, related to new and continuing students
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures including WHS legislation requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the higher education sector (essential)
- Previous experience working in a similar role, creating reports, and interpreting data (essential)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Tertiary qualifications (desirable)
- Previous experience reporting from Edupoint and Salesforce (desirable)
