Associate Implementation Consultant

• Work 100% remote from the US. Pacific or Mountain time zone, or with the ability to work later if in Eastern/Central USA

Role  

We are looking for an Associate Implementation Consultant who is a delivery-focussed analyst. In this exciting role you will: 

• Leverage our innovative LegalTech SaaS platform to delight and create value for enterprise customers 
• Engage with major enterprise customers to tailor the software according to clients' needs and specifications. You will help them articulate their rules and then implement custom risk detection to automate them within the platform 

As a member of the team, you will be comfortable in an "all hands-on deck" environment, able to operate and coordinate across workstreams, and can thrive in a fast-moving culture. This role is for a critical thinker who is focused on consulting and delivery and takes initiative to find the most optimal solution. A keen sense of ownership, speedy execution, and hustle is necessary. 

Responsibilities  

• Running workshops, managing technical inputs, and forming strong relationships with stakeholders from enterprise customers 
• Converting requirements from customers into finalised rule designs 
• Implementing, testing, and optimising rules in the Red Marker Platform 
• Consulting on potential platform channels and use cases including workflow system integrations 
• Supporting the Sales team with presales efforts including implementing custom demos and advising on platform capabilities 
• Working closely with the Customer Success team to support project deliverables and reporting requirements 

Requirements  

• Able to run design meetings with diverse customer and partner stakeholder groups (essential)
• Analytical experience extracting, refining, and filling gaps in requirements (essential)
• Experience in technical system configuration e.g., creating complex logical expressions (essential)
• In the initial 3-month period there will be a high overlap with AU business hours, which means a late start and late finish (often 7pm and occasionally 8pm Eastern Time)
• Ability to write and execute test cases for technical requirements
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, and basic SQL
• Degree in a technical or quantitative discipline (desirable)
