Role:
Are you a brand custodian and customer champion? We are looking for an influential Marketing Manager to work with the Kaplan Business School (KBS) team who will be responsible for brand, marketing strategy and integrated marketing mix promoting KBS domestically and globally.
Adding value to the agent network through the optimisation of B2B marketing support working closely with the student recruitment/business development teams will be key.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the creation, delivery, tracking and optimisation of a comprehensive marketing strategy and playing a central role in executing customer centric marketing activities from start to finish across both offline and online channels.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a comprehensive multi-channel marketing communications plan for all target market segments; B2B - Agents and strategic partners, B2C - Direct student recruitment and B2I - Internal audiences
- Manage and optimise the brand communication strategy, consistently increasing brand awareness in market and across channels while taking ownership of the social media strategy
- Develop core positioning, targeted messaging and content for each of the businesses and associated products
- Lead and motivate stakeholders to achieve performance objectives
- Manage and track all spend against approved budget ensuring all activities are performed within budget and spend is allocated and coded accordingly
- Collate and analyse customer research, industry trends, competitor information to identify new and existing audiences and opportunities
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures including WHS legislation requirements
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in marketing (essential)
- 5+ years experience within Marketing Management (essential)
- Ability to successfully develop and deliver strategic marketing and communications plans
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Brand management experience
- Significant knowledge and experience of both print production and digital marketing, including brochure production, PPC in all its forms, email marketing, social media management
- A demonstrable track record in delivering upon set targets working closely with sales
- Proven experience with systems and tools related to marketing, such as content management systems, design tools, CRMs, analytics, social management tools and other customer pipeline environments for example sales force
- Direct knowledge or experience of the international education sector (desirable)
