Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Market Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt, supporting Kaplan International Pathways ANZ’s network of education agents across the Middle East & North Africa region.
In this role, you’ll ensure our agents receive excellent support and guidance to successfully represent Kaplan’s programs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide training and ongoing support to Kaplan’s education agents across the MENA region.
- Coordinate logistics and materials for events, expos, and recruitment fairs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for agent queries, responding promptly within agreed SLAs.
- Support visiting Kaplan staff and partners with event logistics and local arrangements.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to agents and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Regularly update internal teams with market insights, competitor analysis, and agent feedback.
- Assist in creating tailored marketing and promotional materials for the MENA region.
- Ensure agent compliance with relevant Australian (DHA) and New Zealand (INZ) regulations.
- Collaborate internally to identify new opportunities for agent engagement.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for agents to enhance their product knowledge.
- Monitor and report agent performance, providing regular updates against agreed KPIs.
- Provide administrative and operational support for regional recruitment events (exhibitions, seminars, familiarisation tours).
Note:
This role includes regular independent travel (approximately 15-20 weeks per year) throughout the Middle East & North Africa region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
- Fluent professional proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong experience working within international education, particularly understanding Australian and New Zealand higher education systems and regulatory requirements (DHA/INZ).
- Proven background supporting agent networks or managing indirect recruitment channels.
- Demonstrated experience travelling independently across the Middle East & North Africa region.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at various organisational levels.
- Highly organised and proactive, able to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of providing detailed market insights and reporting clearly against KPIs.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
- Results-focused, adaptable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Desirable (not essential):
- Experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Prior professional exposure to Australian or New Zealand education sectors.
