Role

We are looking for an Enrolment Officer who will be responsible for providing the accurate and timely processing of student applications and other documents relating to student enrolments.  

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely advice and administration of processes relating to pre-commencement withdrawals and refunds, suspensions, extensions, cancellations and cross institutional course enrolments 
  • In compliance with school policies and procedures, respond professionally, accurately and in a timely manner to enquiries regarding course enrolment requirements  
  • Process enrolment changes on both the student database and PRISMS for course terminations, unsatisfactory course progress, suspensions, course extensions, non-payment of fees and visa changes 
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage PRISMS visa action reports to ensure international students are enrolled in accordance with student visa requirements 
  • Complete all enrolments documentation from enquiry to enrolment processing for International and domestic students for all Kaplan Business School 
  • Audit of paperwork to ensure compliance with company policies  
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of the student database relating to recording enquiries, recording courses, payments and invoicing 
  • Processing of enrolment data as required within 48 hrs of receipt
  • Compliance with all company policies and procedures including WHS legislation requirements
  • Ensure as far as is practicable that the workplace, under your control, is safe and without risks to health

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role with an understanding of ESOS Act and the National Code of Practice for Registration Authorities and Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students (essential)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work and meet multiple deadlines
  • Ability to communicate with broad range of stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of PRISMS (desirable)
  • Working knowledge of Student Management System (desirable)
