We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who will implement and manage the development within multiple Salesforce organisations for Kaplan Australia, covering all business units.
Responsibilities:
- Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
- Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications
- Creating timelines and development goal
- Working with key stakeholders regarding requirements gathering & solution design
- Testing the stability and functionality of the application
- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
- Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff
- Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures including WHS legislation requirements
- Ensure as far as is practicable that the workplace, under your control, is safe and without risks to health
- Being a productive member of the Kaplan team by displaying the Company values through your day-to-day role
- Adherence to Company Policy and Procedure
Requirements:
- Salesforce developer certification (essential)
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience – track record in delivering medium to large scale application developments (essential)
- Development experience on Salesforce Classic platform (essential)
- Clear & confident technical communication skills
- Delivering against standard Agile practices
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/technology field (essential)
- Experience in the Education sector (essential)
- Experience in government reporting requirements – TCSI, AVETMISS (essential)
- Experience with SSO/SAML (desirable)
