About the Role

Kaplan Professional Education is a leading national provider of professional education and training for the financial services industry.  We offer registration and compliance courses, vocational and higher education programs, continuing professional development options as well as customised corporate solutions.   We currently have an opportunity for a motivated CPD Client Support Representative to join our team in Sydney.

Through its online platform, Ontrack, Kaplan Professional delivers a premium one-stop shop Continuing Professional Development solution for organisations and individuals. Ontrack provides organisations with the content and system to manage their ongoing CPD responsibilities, to stay abreast of complex regulatory requirements and the dynamic industry landscape.

Ontrack is currently used by major and regional Australian banks, Australian financial services licensees and authorised representatives, fund management companies, superannuation trustees, Australian credit licensees and mortgage broking professionals. As an online platform, it allows busy professionals to access and complete CPD training anywhere, and at anytime. 

The CPD Client Support Representative is responsible for responding to inbound client and subscriber queries via phone and email for Kaplan’s online Ontrack products, providing product training, managing subscriptions and assisting in the rollout out of learning material.


About You


  • Customer service experience with excellent communication
  • Experience working in a customer support team
  • Database and data literacy skills
  • Time management and effective planning skills to coordinate multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Desire to work within a team to deliver on outcomes


  • Experience with subscription-based products and services (i.e. Ontrack)
  • Understand the concept and practice of professional development
  • Experience and understanding of the Client Management System (CMS), Salesforce


It is a requirement of all Kaplan employees to complete a National Police Check and hold a valid Working with Children Check in your relevant state. All costs will be covered by the employer.
