Role
We are looking for a Student Recruitment Administrative Officer who will be responsible for assisting the recruitment activities of the South Asia offshore team of Kaplan Business School (KBS). In this role you will support the wider team to achieve the ambitious sales targets through proactive sales and service initiatives and supporting the Senior Market Manager and other members of the Student Recruitment team.
Responsibilities
· In collaboration with KBS Senior Market Manager and Market Manager, assist with the implementation of student recruitment plans
· Provide administrative support for the application process and responding to inquiries from prospective students and recruitment partners
· Follow up on applications, pending documents, offer letters and payments, to support the achievement of high conversion to enrolments
· Ensure expert and relevant advice is provided to assist prospects with their purchase decision
· Maintain accurate records of data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
· Participate in team meetings and other relevant events as required
· Assisting with administrative coordination of the wider South Asian recruitment team
· Support the student experience and retention strategies
· Build and manage effective professional relationships with internal stakeholders
· Ensure ESOS regulations are followed closely when carrying out marketing activities or when working with agents and students
Requirements
· Demonstrated understanding of the Australian Education system (essential)
· Understanding of Higher Education market relevant ESOS Act (essential)
· Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in business, marketing, or management
· Results-orientated with strong administrative and coordination skills
· Ability to work to tight deadlines
· Ability to build and manage internal and external relationships
· Ability to manage work independently, but work as part of a group
· Excellent computer skills including CRM software, and working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and MS office software
· Minimum 1 year of Higher Education work experience relating to international students (desirable)
· Working knowledge of the use of Salesforce software (desirable)
