Agent Portal Administrator

• Fixed term contract, 3-6 months in Auckland 
• Work flexibly - work from home and from the office each week

The Role

The Agent Portal Administrator is responsible for providing assistance to the admissions and recruitment team in analysing and following up on outstanding documents for international student applications.  The role maintains a high level of product knowledge to assist in potential conversion of student applications.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring new Agents have the tools and training required to complete student applications through the online Portal
• Review applications submitted by agents to determine what documentation is outstanding to ensure applications are ready to assess.
• Review outstanding offers in the agent portal to provide advice to the recruitment team and agents on conditions remaining to be met
• Support in the completion of all admissions documentation from enquiry to enrolment processing for international students.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge relating to all aspects of the student application lifecycle

 Requirements:

•        Experience in processing international student applications for a higher education institution (ideal but not essential)
•        Demonstrated understanding of the New Zealand education system desired
•        Ability to develop good relationships with key stakeholders
•        High level oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
•        High level organisational, planning and interpersonal skills
•        Basic understanding of student systems ideal; alternatively the ability to pick up management systems quickly
