Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Recruitment Coordinator (Oceania) to manage, train and support recruitment from Oceania student recruitment channels to our Kaplan International Pathways ANZ portfolio of colleges, with a priority focus on the University of Adelaide College (UoAC)

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of student recruitment within the international education sector, be target-driven, have excellent organisational skills and be a self-starter with experience working internationally across diverse markets, cultures, and economies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support to offshore recruitment team colleagues, while maintaining excellent customer service to agents and key stakeholders, acting as a key Kaplan International Pathways Australia and New Zealand representative and liaison based on campus at the University of Adelaide College campus
  • Support the Regional Director (Oceania) to develop and implement recruitment channel strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Kaplan International Pathways, ANZ University Partner counterparts and Industry body colleagues
  • Be a brand and destination champion for Kaplan International Pathways, ANZ across global recruitment network
  • Achieve agreed annual personal performance targets
  • Support the Regional Director (Oceania) execute a plan for Oceania agent engagement activity to achieve sales target (inc. trainings, exhibitions, interview sessions, seminar, etc)
  • Provide administrative support to the Student Recruitment team and partner agents through the agent management systems – including agent contract administration
  • Provide support to marketing team by collating student testimonials, photos, and videos; being the on-campus liaison person for marketing collateral through collaboration with Student Ambassadors and Photographer/Videographer

Requirements

  • Demonstrate understanding of the Australian and New Zealand Education systems (essential)
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint (essential)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, if required
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally if required
  • Ability to foster good relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Results-orientated, ambitious and highly self-motivated
  • Direct knowledge or experience of the international education sector (desirable)
