- The University of Adelaide College (UoAC) is seeking a Maths teacher for its Foundation program
- The position is based in Adelaide
- Workloads ranging from two classes (FTE 0.4) to full-time loads (FTE 1.0) are possible

Role
- Teach Foundation, year 12-equivalent subjects to international students, for Maths.
- The ability to teach other subjects such as Physics, Biology, Chemistry, is always of interest.
Teaching hours are between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. The program is delivered over two semesters.
Our next semesters start in February (Standard) and April (slightly accelerated).
Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive lessons
- Mark assessments and provide comprehensive feedback
- Provide regular support and consultation to your students
- Foster professional and productive student/teacher relationships
Requirements
- A recognised degree in the relevant subject area
- A secondary teaching or education qualification
- At least 2 years’ secondary or tertiary experience
- Sensitivity to the needs of international students
