  • Maternity leave cover, 12-month fixed term contract with full-time working hours

Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist, supporting our Senior Digital Marketing Manager in the execution of diverse and impactful marketing projects for the portfolio of Kaplan Australia and NZ international education brands.

This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a collaborative and dynamic marketing team overseeing multiple brands.                 

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital strategy to increase brand awareness and drive prospects to conversions utilising online tools/channels: website, eDMs, paid channels, and content marketing.
  • Produce assets (images, video) and copy for a wide range of digital campaigns.
  • Assist with administration of Kaplan websites, proactively trying to improve our online performance whilst keeping content up-to-date.
  • Support the wider marketing team on all digital initiatives as required.
  • Assist with marketing automation activity.
  • Develop and deliver reports analysing online performance to be shared with the GM (Marketing and Projects).
  • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
  • Proactively provide a broad range of digital marketing support.
  • Support the Marketing team in improving brand awareness and engagement through online channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing related area. (essential)  
  • Experience creating marketing assets using Canva. (essential)  
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Hubspot, etc). (essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail with an ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide insights.
  • Experience working with analytics, testing and marketing tools (eg. Google Analytics, SEMRush, Meta Business Manager).
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in marketing and/or communications.
  • Salesforce experience (eg. CRM, Marketing Cloud).
  • Proficient in MS Office & Adobe Creative Suite (eg. Photoshop).
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm in learning and sharing ideas.
