Role

Bring to life innovative education content for Kaplan Professional’s Ontrack continuing education online platform.

Work on continuing education content and courses for some of the major financial services organisations in Australia, and their employees.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop online and digital learning objects that provide learners with opportunities to practice and develop their knowledge and skills
• In collaboration with Academic Content Writers use authoring tools to customise learning material for online delivery
• Modify the design and delivery of online learning materials as and when required
• Actively participate in regular product reviews
• Undertake continuous improvement activities in line with business strategy and prioritie
• Ensure learning materials reflect the needs of learners and current industry standards
• Review and evaluate online information provided to learners and recommend appropriate solutions to improve learners’ access to information
• Apply sound instructional design principals to learning and assessment approaches and processes
• Keep up to date on current trends and approaches in online and e-learning
• Remain up-to-date with relevant regulatory and standard principles and recommend appropriate solutions and learning technologies to learning environment
• In collaboration with Manager, Multimedia and Design, Academic Content Managers and General Manager, Academic Content, review and develop existing and new products
• In line with industry and learner needs, implement learning strategies consistently across products
• Monitor feedback from key stakeholders on design and delivery of content and ensure continuous improvement occurs

Requirements

• Experience in designing professional education programs
• Qualification in education design or related field
• Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite
• Visual design, copy edit and publishing skills
• Ability to storyboard and to use multiple authoring tools including Articulate 360
• Ability to analyse, design and evaluate e-Learning solutions
• Experience in using e-Learning technologies
