Role
As a KBS Student Ambassador (TAP), you will share your experiences at Kaplan Business School (KBS) and inspire prospective students to choose KBS for their studies. This role provides an excellent opportunity to engage with potential students and collaborate with various teams across KBS, including the Conversion, Student Recruitment, Student Experience, and Admissions teams.
Responsibilities
- Chatting via The Ambassador Platform (TAP) to prospective students that are engaged in the recruitment pipeline
- Conducting phone calls to future students when necessary
- Document and manage telephone and chat interactions, ensuring that status updates are inputted into the appropriate systems
- Make referrals to other points of contact within KBS as required
- Execute necessary follow-up actions and collaborate closely with the conversion, student recruitment and admissions teams to ensure a positive experience for all prospective students
- Assist with KBS promotion activities, e.g., facilitate webinars with prospective students, social media/TAP content creation, and event support
Requirements
- Current KBS student
- Knowledge and experience of student life at KBS
- Outgoing and professional communication manner
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in a language other than English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in customer service
- Student Ambassador or other volunteering experience at KBS (desirable)
