Join Our Team as an International Student Recruitment Manager!

Are you passionate about connecting students with their educational dreams? In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving sales for the Kaplan International Pathways ANZ Oceania Recruitment Team. You’ll engage with potential students throughout the entire recruitment journey— from planning and promotion to application, offer, conversion, admission, and enrolment. Responsibilities:

  • Sales Funnel Management: Lead and manage the student recruitment process from initial engagement to enrolment, ensuring effective movement through all stages of the sales funnel
  • Planning and Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies aimed at achieving enrolment targets within the ANZ Oceania region
  • Promotion and Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to effectively promote Kaplan International Pathways programs to prospective international students through various channels
  • Application and Offer Management: Guide prospective students through the application and offer process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications
  • Conversion and Admission: Implement strategies to convert admitted students into enrolled students, providing necessary support throughout the admission process
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, educational agents, and key stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and prepare regular reports on performance and outcomes
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective students, addressing inquiries and facilitating a smooth recruitment experience

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering target-based, successful, scalable, international student recruitment campaigns, preferably with an Australian public university or Australian pathway college (essential)
  • Proven experience in identifying and developing partnerships with educational institutions, focusing on short- and mid-term recruitment outcomes (essential)
  • Strong understanding of the education systems in the Oceania region, including current developments, opportunities, and challenges, along with familiarity with visa regulations and market trends in international higher education in Australia and New Zealand (essential)
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce, including its interface, reporting features, and capabilities for managing marketing campaigns and tracking performance (essential)
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook, for data analysis and communication
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for prospective students throughout the recruitment process
  • Proficient in at least one other language relevant to international recruitment (e.g., Hindi, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Arabic) (desirable)
  • Experience in managing relationships with student recruitment agency partners, including performance management, training coordination, and ensuring compliance (desirable)
