Role

Kaplan Professional is Australia’s leading provider of financial services education, and we are undergoing a period of exciting growth and expansion and as such we are recruiting for an Associate Corporate Relationship Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an up-and-coming account manager who is looking to expand their career in business development and client management. 

As an Associate Corporate Relationship Manager at Kaplan Professional, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients within the financial services industry. You will work closely with C-Suite, Compliance Managers, and HR Managers to ensure their expectations and needs are met. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Renewing contracts for ongoing sales
  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Representing the company as a brand ambassador at industry and client events

Responsibilities:

  • Providing outstanding client management support and developing and maintaining professional relationships with corporate clients and key contacts
  • Contributing to sales and profitability targets by assisting the sales team to provide service to corporate clients
  • Creating sales revenue by generating new contracts and renewing contracts for existing clients
  • Leading the coordination of in-house programs by communicating customer requirements for the implementation, delivery, and quality control of corporate programs
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of client management processes, procedures, and reporting
  • Attend industry and client events regularly
  • Assisting in the management of on-going monthly accounts for all Business Development programs

Requirements:

  • B2B sales experience within the financial services industry or education industry (essential)
  • Client management skills
  • Demonstrated operational and people management skills
  • Proven ability to generate sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Quality and attention to detail
  • Knowledge and understanding of the finance services industry (desirable)
