Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager at Kaplan Business School and help bring our national marketing strategy to life.
In this role, you will collaborate with a passionate marketing team to develop high-quality marketing collateral, deliver engaging digital and traditional campaigns, and support initiatives that drive key business objectives. A major part of your work will be creating compelling, on-brand content for our social media channels, helping us connect authentically with current and future students.
You will partner closely with our Student Recruitment and Student Experience teams, providing tactical marketing support that enhances the student journey. With multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, your relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage projects from start to finish will set you up for success.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day marketing support to the Marketing Manager, ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Manage end-to-end marketing requests, including concept development, briefing the wider marketing team, and overseeing implementation.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign strategy.
- Support event preparation and execution, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as required.
- Liaise with external suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of marketing assets and services.
- Proactively contribute ideas to enhance campaign performance and improve workflow efficiency within the marketing team.
- Provide guidance and oversight to the KBS Marketing Intern, supporting their development and productivity.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely project delivery.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field, plus experience in a marketing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-channel marketing, including digital and traditional environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Proven project management capability, including coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for creating innovative and engaging social media content, aligned to brand and audience needs.
- Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritise effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
