Role
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and results-driven Regional Manager (Oceania), based in Sydney, to drive student recruitment growth across the Oceania region, with a primary focus on NSW-based recruitment channels. This role is responsible for achieving agreed student recruitment targets across assigned markets and contributing directly to revenue growth across the full KIP ANZ portfolio.
Reporting to the Senior Regional Manager (Oceania), you will play a critical role in developing and managing agent partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing recruitment channels, and maximising conversion outcomes. You will act as a key representative of Kaplan International Pathways ANZ, delivering high-quality stakeholder engagement, market intelligence, and strategic recruitment initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed student recruitment and revenue targets across assigned Oceania markets.
- Manage and grow NSW-based and nationwide onshore agent channels to increase enrolments.
- Develop and execute strategic agent engagement plans, including trainings, exhibitions, seminars and interview sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, university partners, schools and industry bodies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand recruitment channels.
- Proactively manage applicant and offer-holder pipelines to maximise conversion outcomes.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, fortnightly recruitment reports and market intelligence insights.
- Represent Kaplan International Pathways ANZ at industry events, marketing activities and stakeholder engagements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in international student recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the Australian and New Zealand education systems.
- Proven track record of achieving recruitment or sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to diverse audiences.
- Highly organised with strong planning and prioritisation capability.
- Results-driven, resilient and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required.
- Multilingual ability is desirable, with preference given to Chinese (Mandarin) speakers.
