Role
Join Kaplan Professional as a Business Systems Administrator and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role where you will support core business systems, manage data integrity, and ensure processes are efficient and reliable across the organisation.
Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders, you will be at the centre of operations,helping to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver accurate reporting that supports business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate incoming requests through the business systems case queue
- Maintain and update data across CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal tools
- Schedule and generate reports for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Review and monitor audit dashboards to identify and resolve issues
- Perform data cleansing and record merging (simple and complex scenarios)
- Support daily operational processes and escalate issues where required
- Provide administrative and systems support to senior analysts and managers
- Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes, and data accuracy
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
- Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
- Comfortable working with systems, databases, and process-driven environments
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems (desirable)
- Understanding of RTO or Higher Education compliance environments (desirable)
