Role
We are seeking to appoint an experienced, dynamic, and target-driven Regional Manager to join our team based in New Delhi, India.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving strong growth across our South Asia market, supporting the full Kaplan International Pathways New Zealand portfolio. This is a hands-on position requiring a proactive approach to student recruitment, partner engagement, and market development.
You will play a key role in building and maintaining high-quality relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including education agents across the region. The role involves generating new business opportunities while strengthening and retaining existing partnerships to support sustainable growth.
The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of the international education sector and student engagement, along with excellent organisational skills and the ability to operate effectively across diverse markets, cultures, and economies. You will be accountable for achieving both individual and team student recruitment targets across South Asia, including market-specific and partner-specific goals.
As part of Kaplan International, you will also contribute to the broader success of the organisation, collaborating with colleagues across teams and regions to deliver shared objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drive implementation of a multi-channel engagement strategy across South Asia for the Kaplan International Pathways ANZ portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents, university partners, and key regional stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Achieve student recruitment targets across designated markets and partner channels
- Provide regular market intelligence, competitor insights, and performance reporting against KPIs
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships
- Evaluate and optimise marketing and engagement activities, ensuring effective use of budget and strong return on investment
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (including marketing and regional colleagues) to support market growth and alignment
Requirements
- University-level qualification
- Proven experience in international education, with a strong focus on agent relationship management and student recruitment
- Solid understanding of the Australia and New Zealand international education sector, including regulatory frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across different levels
- Highly organised, with strong planning skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure to meet targets
- Experience working across diverse markets, with knowledge of South Asia (including India)
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively and work flexibly as required
