Role
Kaplan Professional is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Academic Standards & Integrity to lead academic excellence across our Higher Education portfolio, with broader oversight across vocational and continuing education programs.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving curriculum quality, academic integrity, governance, and innovation in teaching and learning. You will lead two high-performing academic teams while working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure our programs meet regulatory requirements and deliver outstanding student outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead academic quality, curriculum development, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive innovation in teaching, learning, and assessment design, including the use of AI
- Oversee compliance with Higher Education standards (TEQSA) and internal policies
- Lead course reviews, accreditation, benchmarking, and academic governance activities
- Monitor student performance data and implement strategies to improve student outcomes
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to academic teams and managers
- Ensure academic integrity and consistent and effective assessment practices across programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support delivery, product innovation, and student experience
Requirements
- PhD in Finance, Financial Planning, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
- Significant experience in academic leadership within Higher Education
- Strong knowledge of academic governance, quality assurance, and regulatory frameworks (TEQSA)
- Experience leading online program development and delivery
- Deep understanding of the financial services sector and industry standards
- Proven ability to lead, engage, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
