We are looking for a proactive and experienced Market Manager to join our team in Greater China and Hong Kong, responsible for promoting KBS programs, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality customer service and relationship management.
This role is key to enhancing KBS brand visibility, driving student recruitment, and building strong partnerships across the education sector in alignment with our global standards and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drive brand awareness and represent KBS across Greater China & Hong Kong, building strong relationships with agents, institutions, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement regional student recruitment plans in collaboration with the Regional Manager.
- Design and execute targeted marketing and recruitment campaigns to achieve enrolment targets.
- Identify new market opportunities, recruitment channels, and partnership prospects.
- Manage and grow relationships with education agents, ensuring strong engagement and performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide strategic insights and reporting.
- Represent KBS at education fairs, events, and networking opportunities across the region.
- Ensure compliance with ESOS regulations, internal policies, and Genuine Student (GS) requirements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in international student recruitment, ideally within the Australian education sector and Greater China/Hong Kong markets.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian education system and regulatory environment (including ESOS).
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify market trends.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Highly organised, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the region and work flexibly as required.
