Role
Manage Business Systems user requests, from all staff at Kaplan Business School.
Responsibilities
- Manage Business Systems user support requests
- Assist in the development of reports for the business
- Assist with regular data validation quality and audit programs
- Provide support & training for business users as applications are developed
- Create and maintain documents on processes, policies and application configuration
- Engage in change communication to ensure users are aware of things that may impact them
Requirements
- Experience in a Business Systems Support role in an education provider or corporate company
- Experience in liaising with and helping staff at all levels, including senior level management
- Experience in driving business process improvements
- Experience in documenting business systems and processes
- Strong verbal, written and customer services skills
Desirable
- Experience in/exposure to SQL, javascript or HTML
- Cert in Salesforce Admin/experience with JIRA/experience with Agile framework
